π Color Basics:
- Use colors represented by 3 or 6 digit βhex codesβ to customize your text.
Example:
<#ABC>
or <#ABCDEF>
- 6 Digit codes can represent more specific shades, but 3 digit codes save character space and are sufficient for most people.
- You can type colors several ways as shown on Unityβs site, but 3-digit hexes are my much-preferred method.
- Discover more colors at Coolors.co.
- Convert 6 digit codes to 3 digits at Maettig.com. (saves space)
π Transparency Basics:
- Adjust transparency by adding a number to the end of a hex code.
- Add 1 digit (0-9) to 3-digit hex codes to get 4 digits total.
****Example:
<#ABC>
at 50% transparency becomes <#ABC5>
- Add 2 digits (00-99) to 6-digit hex codes to get 8 digits total.
****Example: ****
<#ABCDEF>
at 75% transparency becomes <#ABCDEF75>
π¨ Vibrant Colors:
- The standard primary and secondary shades

<#FFF>
<#000>

<#F00>
<#F70>

<#FF0>
<#0F0>

<#00F>
<#A0F>
π Pastel Colors:
- Colorful yet legible in any light, and my personal favorite!
